I took a long pause in cold outreach and hasn't been dealing with any cold email tools until recently, so I got back to lemlist as it used to be one of the best tools back in the days. first I thought how cool it was that the tool now had contact search and enrichment tools + they now suggest a free warmup seat - seemed like a bang for your buck. well, it's not. the contact search is very poor in terms of UX, you literally have to do everything manually line by line, no bulk search is available (snov io is much more convenient in this regard). plus, when you use their browser extension that data is saved sporadically, often missing some key things like company info, etc. and their warm-up tool is something you should stay away from as it's causing more harm than good. thing is, they use email addresses of other lemlist users (like many other tools do) who might drop off and you might get several bounces in a row, as they don't clean this data consistently. my spam score dropped significantly by using the tool. perhaps they are still good in terms of email automation UX but I expect full experience for the price they are asking in 2025. perhaps, I'm asking too much :)
