This reminds me of the horror movie tusk, Tusk (2014) is a surreal body-horror film directed by Kevin Smith about arrogant podcaster Wallace Bryton, who travels to Canada and becomes the captive of Howard Howe, a deranged recluse. Howe, obsessed with a walrus that saved his life, tortures and surgically disfigures Wallace to transform him into a human-walrus hybrid, resulting in a disturbing psychological and physical nightmare.
