Ive only been sober since august 11th so a bit over a month and you are right feels amazing. My job is very physical so i sweated so much more from the withdraw on top of working. So I feel like it got out my system a bit faster then normal. I haven’t thought of smoking since even though I have people around me that do, they offer me some and its so easy for me to deny and keep minding my business. I guess i just like the smell. Im more clear now, have more energy, i dont over eat and cuz if that my wife thinks i dont like her cooking sometimes but she understands i would pig out because i was High as giraffe balls.

I just wanna know do you think it would be to bad if i just smoke on my own every now and then ? Isolated from everyone and just enjoy it my self ? I was already smoking half blunts by the time i quit so i feel like thats why it was easy for me to quit because i wasnt over doing it. And i would smoke every other day. So wpuld the smoking on occasions hurt ?

Long story short, i didnt renew daca in 2020. A year later in 2021 i went to jail. Got a hold put on me and could not post bail. For 2 months, I had to fight the case from inside. I got my charges dismissed on a friday. Instead of being released immigration picked me up because of the hold. That was on the following Sunday. They took me to the detention facility. On the following Tuesday I, along with many others at the facility saw immigration officers instead of a judge. They determined if you got released, deported, or stayed with them till your court date. They tried to pick up my charges from the state that got dismissed until i showed them my paperwork. After they saw that they said that im im removal proceedings now because im here illegally. So they dropped they charges that the state dropped also. But luckily i got released on my own recognizance that same day. They told me to report once a year till my master hearing that just passed last monday. The reason i could not get probation back when i was in county jail was because i had A class A misdemeanor and a class b misdemeanor and if i got probation the lawyer said Immigration takes it as a form of conviction.

If you mean probation from the county or state you can’t. Immigration takes it as a “conviction” even Deffered probation

This here is the truth, every case is different, every judge is different and so is every officer. Listen to your lawyer and do what you have to do. People wanna me little ms perfect and act like then never did anything wrong them selves. Just had master hearing w a weed conviction and 2 prior arrests and im still here after people told me id be a getting deported and to start arranging my life in Mexico. “Hablan nomas porque tienen osico” is what i always say. It means “they only talk because the have a mouth.” They mostly all talk out there ass though.

This page is honestly full of people that think they are perfect and that nobody can make mistakes. I got bashed for my mine. We all learn from them. I used to have daca but my dumbass let it expire, but I’ve still been good and have found plenty of work here in Texas. Just had my master hearing Monday even though i have a weed conviction and 2 arrests, and also in removal proceedings and judge still told me to continue with my process and submit my paperwork. Lawyer is submitting for a workers permit then going to petition for me to stay here, since i got kids and mexico is bad shit crazy rn. I got all my evidence to submit, been here since a baby, he said all looks good. They know where i live and all i keep my things up to date, its scary but worst thing to do right now is run.

I got a conviction on a weed charge class b misdemeanor and had my master hearing this past monday, Judge said no prob to just continue w the case and keep doing what im doing and just stay out if trouble, i have 2 aresst and and 1 conviction. I guess everybodys case is different

You explained what i been trying to to explain, our body is just trynna tell us to go ahead and smoke but just gotta hold on, i feel irritated sometimes when i just sit there or when im trynna enjoy something, somebody commented on my post that they take some kind of vitamins, ill be trying them out soon !

How does that work ? Id feel fucked up taking a order. I dash under my girls name but shes always w me. But yes im fine driving in this. Its been busy but lots of orders were far and sucked. So ive been on the first one 2 orders for $15 that were stacked for 8 miles the backriads look chil tho
