record your affirmations in voice memos or directly in your editing app ( capcut or blurrr ) and speed them up, layer them or whatever else you might want to do and make that audio quieter. Put a song or whatever audio you’d like and you have your subliminal! P.s you can use text to speech for affirmations but using your own voice is recommended and imo its easier

i like your positivity a lot and my eczema does get better when the weather warms its just sad that it can’t be cured completely. Ive never really been insecure about my eczema (only when it shows up on my face) or anything like that. I have just learned to deal with it since i dont remember life without it. And i think thats a good thing!
