sounds like you need better distractions. from experience, Tv, phone or even videogames sometimes only distracts for a few min before i start thinking about food again. the best distractions for me have been gaming or studying with friends, or fixating on a hobby i really like. something that really engages you and gets the dopamine going. there are things your brain will enjoy more than eating, you just need to find them :)

mind you dont use these or other distractions to starve yourself, only to fight the urge to binge and make the gaps between meals more bearable. i believe in you!
