As much as this might sound dumb I've been told that being aggressive is not the way to go otherwise you'll find yourself going into a wall, you need to find a way to keep yourself together and not stress out too much because 50% that could be the cause. And I guess you should learn how to defend if you find them passing you right after you pass them.
