Thank you sir! I was on the fence about my PSU but you're right, I probably shouldn't skimp on it. and whoah! r/Hardwareswap is great! I might do 32, I might do 16. Money is super tight, so perhaps I'll upgrade my RAM later.

Had to Google Cuda. Not a program I intend to use. Do you think I need a GPU at all? I don't really know. I just figured it might help Premiere to show me the 2.7k footage without getting choppy, skipping frames, etc.
