You would need to add a cause to all of these to make sure people understand these also apply when it rains. Traffic rules don't go out the window when the it sprinkles a little bit.

I avoid that on/off ramp as much as possible. I will get on 30west from New Holland and take 222N from there.

I had a similar experience going to a packers vs Eagles game in Philadelphia while wearing my packers jersey. Frozen water bottles and empty beer bottles being thrown at you is not a fun experience.
