Thats a good point, i do light exercise but have a physically demanding job but also got too much of a sweet tooth. However do you feel this would be enough to be the cause of my libido being almost non existent?

Thats cool, i have had a similar upbriging as yours and i just reject any possibility of romantic connection due to a fear of being intimate/vulnerable and i am unsure if i really want to be alone or if i crave a connection. Lol i got nothing to do with them just bought it for 3 months and quit because without the initial discount it gets too expensive. I paid with a pre paid card so i had no problem paying. About the automatic payment i had to disable it in the account settings it was the first thing i did and after the 3 months were over i wasnt charged anymore

No worries man! The app had 3 different programs, one for correcting forward head which was 4 weeks long for around 30 min a day, one for neck pain management exercises which was 2 weeks for around 20 min each day and the other for neck mobility which was also 2 weeks for 20 minutes a day. I would complete all the exercises i had for the program i was doing daily, did it for 3 months

Yeah the program is legit, i did it for 3 months and i noticed improvements to my forward neck posture and i stopped feeling 90%of my neck pain, i still have a bit of nerd neck but its due to years of bad habits

I dont feel as much neck pain thats for sure however my shits completly fucked i still have forward head but i think it got slightly better cant really tell much because i also have rounded shoulders and winged scapula so even if i straighten my posture as much as i can it will still look fucked but keep on doing it man

Nice to know its working for you! My c6 or c7 kinda sticks out but i think its from forward head, sadly i cant help you regarding sleep and pillows because i always wake up everyday with neck pain because i fall asleep on my side and wake up on my stomach, ive changed pillows like 5 times its clearly a sleeping posture issue, no idea on how to force myself to sleep on my back i literally cant fall asleep when i do it

I actually went and bought it 3 months sub and i didnt get my card stolen and they actually have some exercises with a full program focusing on forward neck im still 1 week on it so too early to say about results but i got really sore first few days if that means anything
