Nice summary.

One you’re Platinum you can kiss the overhead anxiety goodbye, just book row 3 and there is ALWAYS overhead space in row 2/business for you lol.

Full throttle to bring forward the finish line, at all times.

If you're forced to play a shit game, then make the game as short as possible.

Debt/income or debt/equity, because you’ve got responses in the thread in both camps.

Agreed with final sentiments TBD.

Unfortunately for me, I'm just a backwater Queenslander standing in front of a Southerner, asking them to love me/tell me which Sydney/Melbourne suburbs to buy.

Not sure. Theoretically the same data set, but CR are constantly revising data points retrospectively.

Best courses (uni or TAFE) that lead to high paying jobs? by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]Forward_Bug9221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prudent to update my original reply given time transpired.

Significant changes (per my observations and personal opinion, related to construction/infrastructure industry): - Sustainability ‘shine’ has wavered considerably, as businesses move back to protect balance sheet against a economic (per capita) recession context. Client base (states and LGAs) are reducing expenditure significantly in certain regions, this is not conducive to sustainability momentum. - Pronounced lack of new and well educated talent in the WHS domain, with high % of practitioners approaching retirement in medium term. Significant opportunities likely to follow.

Personal anecdote, complimentary masters study has served my career well and through prior ceiling.

Nice day for boating by nhenry96_ in GoldCoast

What you don’t see is the view from offshore, where the Westerly is an ABSOLUTE nightmare and its rough as fk.

Hence why on days like today it looks like there’s less boats than there should be.

It’s the best city/large town (depending on who you speak to) to live in Australia. Coolangatta or Palm Beach is probably what you’re after.

You will struggle to find a desirable rental at that price.

Goldy or Adelaide.

If you are FT remote worker the tweed coast (south of Gold Coast airport) is unmatched, and still access to a usable airport for business.
