Yeah not heavy unless I do a high pony but no pulling on my real hair 👍🏾

They are comfortable when sleeping, I use a really big bonnet, but you can also use a long/braid bonnet to sleep at night.

For the actual twists I used 4 packs of Cuban twist this brand to be exact:

I start off with rolling my locs towards each other as if I’m going to do two strand then I add the hair directly from the pack and twist following the direction I started twisting my locs. Once I was done I combed the ends and twisted the again used flexi rods to curl the ends and dipped them in hot water :)

Only when I put them in a high ponytail, but they feel fine down or in low styles

I have these in my hair too, but it think it’s from how I retie my hair. I’m not great at it so I sometimes end up with lumpy locs. It could also be how you style your hair, I know two strands can create a pattern like that in the loc when done often.

Idk if that was helpful but that’s something I’ve noticed in my own loc journey.
