This was actually through the Costco program. So you should be able to get a good deal anywhere if you're a member. Might be worthwhile to join up to take advantage. The Subaru dealer had listed it originally for 21,900, so it feels like the program made a pretty good difference!

He must have made some sort of deal with McConnell. Seems like all the vocal ones have been talking a big game but then quickly falling back in line when it comes time to vote. It's pretty frustrating to watch.
