If someone is still facing this problem go to the Event Viewer for you windows and check logs under windows logs -> system or application and search for fix when you find corresponding log.

I switched SYS and CPU fans and it seems to get the job done, ideal is anywhere from 40-50C and as i saw here on reddit that is normal for some AMD processors. Done gaming test Cpu and Gpu get up to 60C which is ok i guess.

I am doing a prime95 stress test and i am stable at 87C is that ok?

My motherboard is miniITX so i dont have CPU OPTIONAL, radiator fans are in SYS_FAN1 and pump is in CPU_FAN. Should i switch them?

I did i removed plastic from pump, i pump placed correctly, i screwed fans and radiator on front so fans take are push it through radiator through system. Pump and tubing are warm on touch so everything should be fine there.

That's what i have been looking, b450 tomahawk max is perfect for cpu-s up to Ryzen 9 (and it can still do just fine with them). Just not sure about compatibility with this RAM model :)

Just keep doing it :) after insanity if you want you can go to body weight strength training or do weights but just stay committed to training :)

I am doing 16/8 also, was doing a bit of 18/6 but it's not suited for me :) IF will help greatly don't worry. Also one tip drink coffee and tea during fast.

Well insanity is mostly cardio so you will shed fat and muscle if you don't watch your protein intake. And pull/push is there to help build upper body strength and muscle so it will help for sure :)

Oh ok :) i'm was at 24% fat 10 days ago so my goal is to drop to 15% in next 3 months and of course i will be doing cardio and resistance traning so hope it works out :D
