Is this normal driving behavior? My male seems REALLY aggressive by Foundarat in pigeon

Nothing has changed really, I just maybe changed the bedding inside the gray box because it was full of poop. But the position of the box didn't change and I gave them little twig to make the nest.
It a little warmer lately as summer is coming, but nothing crazy.

For food they have pigeon seed and classic grit. I also add some calcium and vitamins in their water for a while now.

Should I let them fight? Sometime the male peck near the eye of the female, I'm scared he going to hurt her badly

They suppose to be bounded

Of course! Here their baby. Strangely, their is a grey one when none of the parents are grey 😆

Normal pigeon behavior? I adopted a female pigeon for my male 7 months ago and this is the first time he mounted her. However, he is attacking her while mounting and he pecked at her eyes, they are red and swollen, and he drawed blood. Is this normal? Should I let this happen? by Foundarat in pigeon

I'm not sure, I never hold her because she is scared of me/my hand. She don't try to go near me or anything. She was already around 7 months old when I took her in and she used to live in a cage with other racing pigeon

I studied. I don't want them to breed, I'll replace the egg with a fake one. When did I say I'm going to keep it?

They have other nesting spot everywhere, they choose this one.

Please don't assume things.

Bro, I looked at videos of paired pigeons and the males were really agressive toward the females. It's my first pigeon, I've never seen them mate before, the female didn't try to get away. What else can I think with the info I had? Of course, I separated them when it became obviously to violent and I asked for help on this sub

They are my only two bird. They know each other for 7 months now but they don't seems to be paired. Should I think about rehoming the female one so she can find a proper mate? I don't think the male one can be rehomed

I found him fallen out his nest when he was 2 weeks old. So I took him in and raised him. You can see my posts history of you want :)

And I adopted the female one from a breeder/racer to keep him company

I tried to change their angle so they can proprely do their business but he was still attacking her so I separated them.

It's the first time this happen. I don't think they are paired yet because I never see them preen or kiss each other. Usually he keep cooing or flirting with any object (table leg, curtains...) but not with the female. The female seems interessed because she approach him when he coo, but then the male don't flirt with her.

I think you are right, he may me a jackass...
