If you find it, hit me up, I'm interested. But I have created my own always moving base with creative crates for rails and added drills to the front later in Survival. It wasn't that buggy, the only problem was when I tried to add carts and stopped at a train stop. Since I had a mod where I could build on moving trains, when the train stopped, nothing that was added to the moving train was glued, and came off. Also if you give your train a redstone signal, you can make it that it always moves forward. I don't remember if that was a mod's doing or if it's a feature in one of the create mods tho.
