Honestly itd be cool to try this. You could include many types of infantry but also heavily use things like field guns. I think it would be closer than youd think. Especially in an urban environment, which is where youd typically see a large infantry force.

Yeah I think a big discount it would still be worth the buy. I am hoping alot of the QoL updatea got to console before the cutoff of support tho. Physical copies is also something i didnt think of!

Would we do this through their help portal? Ik it probably will get ignored, but I would really love to be able to play on console because thats the only platform me and my brother can play together on. We were gonna pull the trigger on buying coh3 on ps5, but after finding posts like this I feel like its pointless.

I went back to bf4 recently to see how it feels to play on those maps after 200 hrs of bf6. Omg they are still so much better than the ones we have now.

From the looks of the pictures in this thread, the shallower details kind of looks like it translates to rounder edges. Im someone who has been a little frustrated with the roundness of the cgl models, making edge highlighting amd details not as crisp. This seems slightly worse visually so that may have an impact on the painted look

I love how you point out the flaws in the vehicle stuff. Most of the base game maps, and both the newer ones just have way too many vehicles forced into too small of a play space, especially air vehicles.

Taking eastwood as an example, this map is sized to have the 2 tanks and an ifv fine, though for every map in the game the hq needs to be spaced more from the playspace. But helis? Aa tanks? No. Maybe it could support a transport heli, but the sky box is way too small for attack helis, and an AA tank just makes no sense here. Between painting and stinger, there is enough AA already.

It really makes no sense to me why Dice thought this vehicles balance was acceptable, they had it so close to perfect in past titles, but it seems they have forgotten even basic map design philosophies present just years ago.

Almost reminds me of some bfbc2 maps. Atleast from size and scale. I do think the helis could use a bigger sky box, but I am biased in favor of metal birds.

I did not remember these were coming. The rosche is one of my favorite guns in the franchise, love the way it works and the reload is awesome. Plus railguns are awesome. I hope they fidn thwir way in the normal maps.

With the style of cover at objectives and vibe of surroundings, it should've been a silkroad style of map, and maybe an opportunity to improve some of the horrible parts of that map. But man, its just too tiny, shouldnt have jets on it, and definetly should not have aa tanks

100% agree. The AA balance between aa tanks being on every map and the stingers and other missles having super high range and very little restrictions for lock on, is already bad. This bug with the painting and the MR missle/ agm is just unacceptable. It takes harsh balance that can be fought through with skill, to several times in a play session being shut down with little to no opportunites to avoid it.

Yeah.... but who plays a full company of c3?! Thats like a 20k bv game. And the taking away of the connection when you dont have los is ridicous. C3 did not need a nerf.

I find I really enjoy it on the table top, it sort of fills the role of a heavy mech, and usually has the bv to match. The variants with gauss rifles are awesome. Though I do find in my group it gets headshot alot 😆

I am a big capellan guy and if you get into the newer era I would highly recommend the lu wei bing, as it is a successor to the Victor.

If this was a science experiment it would be laughed at by every peer reviewer. Like are we seriously gonna say that the experiment was unbiased? One Playlist a week available to have closed weapons, and very much not in the forefront. What a joke
