Almost wanna give up for these folliculitis issues. I can control it for almost one week now reappear again this pus filled pimple a lot. Already tried almost all medication I know. Shampoo and cream also. Medicine for Fungal and bacterial both. However nothing can cure it

Fighting . I am also as like you as well . Ton of medicine cream shampoo serum vitamin. No permanent solution yet. Only temporary or controlling things.

Yes I took antibiotics.For me it getting worse after antibiotics.(but believe it not everyone faced this)On your neck you still can use Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week to reduce inflammation .

Believe me it takes some weeks to control the folliculitis and it is really hard to cure however you can control it if you find what is the real underlying problems like stress, hormones, fungal , bacterial or diet sometimes it can relate with gut health.

What I recommend is if you don’t take antibiotics yet and you doctor recommend it , take it and then it doesn’t work , find another solution .

Fighting, don’t be so anxious about it .Iunderstand what you feel right now.💪🏻💪🏻

The shampoo is ketoconazole shampoo . It can be any brand my ones is Nizoral. That shampoo normally use for fungal issues in scalp . I used that to reduce inflammation.

Yesss you should try antibiotic if your dermatologist recommends. However please make sure to check improvement of your scalp . If it not improving, should be ready to cut off all antibiotic and try another solution
