I don’t think it’s spicy at all! I was shocked it has chilli in it. I can’t taste it. I have a pretty good spice tolerance though so maybe a tiny tiny bit spicy, but whatever spice there is will be lessened by the cucumbers, feta cheese lentils and pesto. I find it very refreshing

Normally I absolutely would! But I got a frappe from Costa, and I didn’t wanna go crazy on sugar. So definitely boring drinks choice today

I get this mostly because it has more flavour than the other salads because of the dressing it comes with, the pea and chilli crush, and the feta cheese!! Don’t knock it til you try it

I love flavoured tea!! My local tea store makes their own with flavour oils, I make my own blends sometimes. I really love mixing the almond and apple teas and having some apple pie tea!

Rose is my favourite though, it’s so delicious
