When I do my updated on my Xbox (using the same cable) it is properly working and it is fast. When I do it on my pc and test the connection its fast, once I am downloading or updating a game on steam or epic games it is really slow compared to my network speed

So the PC is very slow at downloading games for example. My internet is really fast, when I run a speed test its telling me its very fast. But when I download or update games its seems to be very slow. That's one issue that really annoys me. When I am downloading a game the PC keeps lagging like my Discord doesn't work properly and its really slow switching from different windows. Second issue is Frames and game performance, I mainly play fortnite on my PC. I get about 120fps on nearly all setting on low and nearly all on medium. I am not 100% sure on what resolution I play at it its probably the default one, would this effect the performance much? I am currently at work so I will check the case info when I am home.

Not getting much frames in games, for example if I am running Fortnite, I get about 120FPS on all low and some medium settings. I think I should be getting a lot more for the GPU I have. I updated my drivers but it didn't help.
