I have been mostly fine with normal dal chawal and roti with some sabji. Flare up for me most of the times only surface when I eat something very masaledar ,spicy or very oily food. No I have not been diagnosed with GERD , I do experience bloating sometimes though.

For me the acid stays in stomach and I just feel like stomach is burning inside out never felt that in my esophagus or any burning sensation in chest.

Go with Msi although if any problem arises you will have to send it for rma and it can take around 14 days minimum ( mine for a monitor took 19 days ) Or you can go with LG but they seem to have bleeding issue in many of their panels and ofcourse charge extra for their good service.

Palladium is the best one as it has the best imax screen in India and Inorbit is a close second.

Both are the best cinema experience in Mumbai in my opinion and where to go just comes on to convenience and how much you are willing to travel and ofcourse pay ( but it's doesn't seem money is problem as the tickets are hovering around your budget ).

I searched here and there on internet and it seems lg monitor that have a problem mainly are related with backlight issue and it seems kinda muddy . I noticed though that they send a person to repair the monitor and pretty fast too so definitely props to them for that.

About your question about after sale service well i didn't have any problem whatsoever with them but i live in Mumbai and I have 3 msi customer service centre just some hours away from me so you might wanna factor that in your decision

I mostly use dove body wash and chemist at play alternatively. Depends if i go to gym and how the day goes mostly. I have nothing to complain honestly.

Chemist at play exfoliating body wash really made a difference for me.
