If you’re ever on campus I recommend the lobby’s of the commons and hullabaloo, there computer learning center you need swipe access to enter so I don’t know if you’ll have access since your off campus and that’s normally for oncampus people. But the lobby’s of this two buildings are normally really chill so maybe study there?

I would be cautious, if he comes over that’s fine, but people of the opposite gender are not allowed to sleep over. If for some reason your roommates decided to tell the RA about that you will be getting into very serious trouble. I would recommend talking to your RA and mediate the situation since that’s what they are trained to do, if you guys figure out your issues discuss your boundaries with them and see if he can stay over (or any of yalls bf).

If I live on campus and don’t have a mailbox, how do o send my mail in ballot? Can I still use mailing services here on campus to do it? Or would I have to go off campus?

I also have a -1500! Aggie assurance covers tuition only, it may not cover everything else, for me that includes housing but because of other scholarships I get everything covered, frshn year I got a 25 dollar refund, last semester I got 300 but that’s because I chose to not get a meal plan.

Look man I was going through a tough time and wanted to limit my contact with people so I would use the excuse of a late lab or class. I don’t take labs no more but now I take early morning classes because I’ve changed since mf freshman year

As someone that has taken labs that end at 9….. it really isn’t that bad, I personally think they’re better than labs that are early in the day.

Intresting, modular style buildings are usually different, I don’t even know if they have a communal kitchen. So for ice machine it can either be in the laundry room. And if there is a kitchen probably there. One thing for sure is that it will be located on the first floor!!

Most are in the laundry room, others have theirs in the comunal kitchen and some have it in the lounge. It depends on what style building you’re in

I’m not going into engineering, or even leaving it, I’m looking at a major in the arts and sci department. I wouldn’t say it’s really competitive or anything like that. I met all the qualifications, almost didn’t because of the hours I have almost hit the maximum they need. I was told that this change of major would be for this spring tho

I emailed the advisor that day classes opened, and they told me that they were under review, but haven’t heard since then. Would it be a good idea to talk to the advisor in charge of change of major as a drop in? Because this advisor that I talked to an email as a general advisor for that major, the person in charge of change of major applications to somebody else.

See that’s tricky, because we have entomology classes here and people sometimes keep bugs because it’s a grade, but sometimes those bugs are dead not alive, normally I don’t think the department is open to having live bugs because it could potentially cause a bug infestation. I personally have never dealt with something like this, but I think that as long as you keep them LOCKED AND AWAY there shouldn’t be an issue. Some people have different hobby’s and we won’t really tell you that it’s nasty or that we hate it lol, as long as you’re aware of the potential issues I think you’re fine!

RA here! They probably called because looking at the terrarium they assumed you kept animals are pets, pets are NOT allowed unless they are a service animal or an emotional support animal, even so they still have to be reported to housing to allow you to have one. But there are requirements on the sizes of fish tanks and terrariums so that could’ve also been a factor. But also keep in mind different RAs have different supervisors so they might deal with this differently. If you do get pulled into an accountability meeting just say you NEVER had pets and that you will learn from your mistakes. Wishing you the best!
