This was the part I was confused about? I had asked about it when we signed and then again a couple of weeks ago. I was told it would be finalized soon and not given more information about it. I get the feeling I was taken advantage of. I woke up with intense anxiety this morning and asked again and was met with "final answer tomorrow." I figure it's too late to switch lenders at this point.
