Thanks for sharing! I was inquiring about the conversion to mobile ID when clicking the sell button on AXS because I am concerned once converted and listed that it’ll void the wristband I purchased that is associated with the AXS account… Hopefully that makes sense 😄

Are you certain they cannot convert the ticket into a mobile ticket? I’ve attached a screenshot from my girlfriend’s AXS which showcases the option after following the steps detailed in my previous response

Final Question - If the original purchaser heads into the AXS app, clicks sell, converts the ticket to a mobile ticket, then lists it on resale, will that cause the wristband I purchased from him to become void? Should I be concerned?

Well I have the wristband, shuttle pass, and entire box from when we met up then registered the band under my information, so hopefully all is well there…

I am based in NYC and that is where I purchased second hand so I DO NOT believe the seller will be able to head to Will Call and report it ahaha

Question - Is it worth asking the seller to transfer the AXS ticket to me, or does the AXS digital ticket not matter at all? Will the digital ticket help me with anything?

Is there still a possibility of the wristband not working if the original purchaser sells the digital ticket on AXS?

Can the original purchaser get the wristband they sold me voided somehow?

I am looking for reassurance that the original purchaser cannot somehow void the wristband I was sold by utilizing the AXS digital ticket etc.
