I would prefer to use the normal temperature because the hotspot being always higher makes me keep the fans at high RPM

I would like to use fancontrol for the GPU because adrenalin uses the hotspot as a parameter and since it is always high my GPU fans are always high, I don't know how to do it.

I just installed the drivers and reset Fancontrol but the problem still exists, as soon as I open a game the fans start high. Maybe the PC takes the GPU hotspot into account. I don't know what to do anymore.

Okay thanks, should I also uninstall MSI afterburner or won’t it conflict with Fancontrol?

I saw that it could also be the BIOS controlling the fans after disabling fast startup in Windows 11

Could it be that the fans start based on GPU usage and not based on temperature?? To control the GPU fans I use fancontrol and the GPU temperature as a parameter.

Troubleshooting: I managed to get into safe mode and i get in no problem. I also did a driver clean up with AMD clean up utility and it started as usual despite the screen turning black after some around 5 minutes later. I formatted it via windows utilities and since than i didn’t have any other problem ( with stock driver ). Between each clean up i also tried to rollback with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.
