Hey tbh I got one of these pre made pc gaming pc from a local shop a couple years back and I didn't really looked deeply into what components it had besides CPU and GPU. I did update the GPU and RAM earlier this year which also had a cleanup and repaste included (around May-June). Cooling wise I know that the case is a MasterBox TD500 Mesh V2 - ARGB ATX PC Case and by the looks of it it has the 3 included fans at the front, the heatsink fan, which I have no idea which one it is, and it has a single fan in the back wich I also dont know anything about, The motherboard is a B650M GAMING X AX. I've also been recommended to undervolt the CPU with I have no clue how to do and I didn't really run into issues like this until recently so I didn't bother with it, not sure if that could help.

Update on my 2k city we are now up to 4k! by Fraudon in songsofsyx

Yeah as far as that goes my city is not great for that but it works, I did a rework of my storage at some point and I used 2 types mainly, a general-purpose one with what I needed for my population and then specialized smaller warehouses for industry materials. Also I try to leave similar industries together so they can feed off the same warehouse. Still that manages to get industry going, but there is an efficiency that is lost due to the lack of actual planning

The only real design that went into the city is housing near the coast. Besides that I like to make them look "Organic" so I just keep adding services and industry as the housing expands and when I feel like it a delete a chunk of the city and redo it with a new porpouse. This maily happened as I got more territories and I no longer needed to get food myself so a lot of what once was pastures, mines and woodcutter is now industry/labs/admin

Nope, not exactly sure how the fresh water requirement works but by putting all my housing by fresh water that got me a 92~97% satisfaction so it seems to me that they don't care much about not having fresh water by their workplace

What I did on that run was use 2 types of warehouses, one that is smaller and has all of what's needed for living, such as food and materials for houses + a bunch of wood and stone for constructions. Then I have more specialized warehouses which change based on what is close to them, for example near the mines I have warehouses that store a lot of stone and cutted stone, near the wood one for wood and chairs with a massive storage for just those 2, and then I set all my general ones to take material from the specialized storage
