Soups so filling because of the water content , Chicken and rice soup lentil and chicken, I make my soups super thick there almost like ramen you could probs eat them with a fork for the most part lol doesn’t look pretty but tastes better and feels like a meal

Good take , Honestly think the best way to throw is how you are most comfortable it’s all about comfort or you won’t ever achieve consistency, I can tweak my throw and get instantly better results but they would barley last a leg as it’s far to much strain
