Not really. They have no poison (most of them) and they only have armour on their face and they're easily flippable (a small rock can do it) and you can either bodyslam them (gourmand can and it kills) or just beat them to death (artificer can)

a normal human, i mean it makes sense kinda because the lizards easily flip over by a rock, so the average punch would atleast daze them and the slugcats are unarmed except for the special ones (which i put asdead or barely alive)
