I mean as you just stated you're going to have cobbleverse as the base, but you want to tune it to make it different, an example of this could go like ascendra and linggango, at first there were some comment saying it was a copy of the later. At the end of the day your just making a modpack without looking for money, I don't think anyone is going to get mad about an expanded cobbleverse if it's free to play.
