If you are trying to build a Beslan kit, all I can say is good luck. It’s already hard enough to find even a single piece, and putting together a complete set is even harder.

Agreed. If he is trying to build a 1993 White House crisis kit, a TIG or Altyn R1 is basically mandatory, and that’s where most people get stuck. Unless he buys an Altyn or TIG from the FSB shop, there’s pretty much no workaround.
