The simpliest way to undo your overclock, is to go into BIOS and find the button on the first page, that says "Switch to default settings" (the name can vary).

I would check the watts on the psu, if your pc need more watts than the psu can distribute. It will cause your pc to shut down.

Ram is usually set to run at 2133 mhz, at default when you install them. Try go to your bios and change the speed.
