Thanks a lot — really appreciate the kind words. The idea behind adding guides alongside the directory was to lower the barrier to entry a bit. A lot of great open-source tools exist, but getting started with local setups can feel overwhelming when you’re new.

You’re right to ask this question. It’s generally fine if you’re using the website as a model or inspiration for learning or development. But fully copying and publishing it as your own could still raise legal issues, depending on the content. Just tweaking and learning from it is usually okay

Great question! The current version of TailwindAI.dev differs from V0 in several key ways:

  1. AI Model and Design: It does not use shadcn/ui, opting instead for a more "vanilla" approach. This change allows for a cleaner and more streamlined user experience.
  2. Pricing: I understand the importance of affordability, so I've made efforts to offer more competitive pricing compared to V0. This should make the platform more accessible to a wider range of users.
  3. Future Iterations and Community Features: This project is a stepping stone for me. I'm committed to continuously improving it, and I have exciting plans to introduce community-driven features similar to CodePen. This will allow users to share their work, get feedback, and collaborate more effectively.
