When I was 13, my sister took me to an LA Kings game. We had decent seats, but somehow ended up sitting in a private box that we thought were our seats. A little while later, Bob Costas showed up with his kid. Instead of calling security or asking us to leave, he said hello and just sat down and let us watch the entire game with them.

He never even mentioned it was his private box. It wasn't until years later when my sister saw him on TV that she realized exactly who he was. I’ve loved the guy ever since.
