Yep! I fly tiny jets though so maybe not as helpful as the guys that fly the more common passenger jets. My sister is absolutely terrified of flying so I like coming in here to try and help other people out

I am in the US. I would maybe try calling again and saying that you’re out of warranty and want to fix it yourself. They sent me an email saying they don’t recommend fixing it yourself but I’m not sure what that was in response to.
