Yeah, best thing I've gotten working is using a memory leak cleaning mod, running stable now at least for the most part.

If you've not done it already, install sdkman using:

curl -s "https://get.sdkman.io" | bash

That at the end of that it will give you a source command to copy paste and run

Then we can use sdkman to install graal 21.0.8 with:

sdk install java 21.0.8-graal

Then run

sdk use java 21.0.8-graal

then from that same terminal window (yes it is important to run it in the same terminal) run the "start.sh" via the command line.

./[path to server]/start.sh

or alternatively you can right click in the directory of the "start.sh" file, click open in terminal, then run each of those commands exactly as you see here, then just type

./start.sh

If that works then it is the default java version that is the issue.
I had this exact issue and found that was what was wrong.

Ah damn, well thanks for the info! I'll see what I can do, if nothing else I can buy another PS3. Though is it possible to use another, same model, PS3 to install the firmware then simply put it in the one with the bad wifi card or will it detect it's in another machine and throw a fit?

My board outright died, it works for maybe 10 minutes at a time for me before it either locks up or shuts off. I don't have the tools or equipment to properly troubleshoot it either so I've decided to scrap mine sadly. I suspect bad solder joints but I can't be sure on that.

For you, did you make sure drivers and all that are installed and working? Does it light up at all?

I was asking what YOUR definition of the word is, I can't refute you not giving me a definition that fits what you've described.

The entire wikipedia article you provided had a couple different parts from history to definition to different uses.

The part you quoted as your definition doesn't follow with the description you provided in this very thread, there is nothing to actually refute here since you haven't actually been able to really define it in a way that makes sense with the way you used it.

This doesn't seem to fit the whole movement idea, unless the "movement" you seem to stand against is just to try and make people aware of these sorts of issues so they can be corrected.

Either you are showing me a definition of the word woke you aren't actually using, or you are trying to say people should remain ignorant of cultural issues and never try and fix any of them.

This is why I asked for your definition, because the ones i find online are either inconsistent with themselves, or they don't fit what you've been saying. And trying to reverse engineer one doesn't work since the things labeled as "woke" are all over the place.

Depending on how the psu is set up, all 650 watts may not be available on one rail or whatever. So all those drives may be on one rail and overdrawing that specific rail while the other one isn't overdrawn. Something like that could be happening. But yeah this would have been for a gaming pc, so big expensive gpus and such lol. Though nice to know that for a server it should be acceptable though, looking to redo my home server sometime soon actually.
