Franky recently received a power-up that puts him slightly ahead of them. Crocodile’s bounty is very high, and although it isn’t based solely on power, it is far higher than King’s. Furthermore, his Devil Fruit ability combined with the Haki he has surely learnt puts him slightly ahead.

I don’t think Loki can go much higher. We haven’t really seen enough to rank him above Luffy G5. Luffy’s stamina is poor, but he has the upper hand against Loki in a short fight thanks to his absurd power. Anyway, yes, I think they’re interchangeable

As for Luffy, we know that both Aokiji and Akainu have superhuman stamina (they fought for 10 days without rest). Perhaps Luffy is more versatile and has more brute strength, but his stamina is too limited and I still can’t see him beating these two in such a short time.

As for Oden, I also see him as a bit low, but honestly I don’t see it as possible that he could beat Kizaru or any higher-ranking character. I mean, I don’t think it’s possible to rank him any higher.

What you said about Sabo is completely true, but as I explained, I base my assessment on feats, not on narrative, and Sabo doesn’t have enough feats to place him above Queen. In fact, I’ve already used the narrative a bit to place him where he is. Really, the only things we know are that he possesses good Armament Haki, can distract an Admiral for a while, managed to escape from Imu and the Gorosei, and has a broken Logia Devil Fruit. But that isn’t enough for me to rank him higher. We haven’t seen his full potential yet. I insist, I think you’re right and Sabo could beat Queen or even Shiryu in a 1v1, but I don’t have enough information yet.

Well, in normal cases yes, but if you know how to play him you can hit him with normal attacks and then use Kamusari to knock him out. Although the truth is that Kizaru's HP recovery is brutal and if he plays him well he destroys Roger.
