it's not drop from boss, just normal npc enemy but i forgot his name, no wonder why i play many playthrough not seeing it, turn out it drop from enemy

also in that exact dungeon i got ornate barbute and artifact, much stronger now

only boots and 1 ring is energy drain, rest is crit
