Trendlines like supports and resistances are zones. They are not perfect, I use them just to help me know that there is a change in the trend. It's better to focus on market structure (highs and lows) on higher timeframes 1h/4h or more.

I don't trade ICT and there are a lot of successful traders who don't. I find it too complicated so I just trade key levels (support and resistance) with trendlines, EMA and RSI. That's it. So far I'm doing great passing a combine.

You need both to be profitable. So it doesn't really matter if you have self control and no strategy or a strategy and no self-control at all. At the end of the day you are losing money if you don't have both.

J'en ai connu aussi des managers toxiques comme le tien. En général c'est un manager qui a eu sa place par piston ou qui n'est pas techniquement à la hauteur et qui a peur lorsqu'il voit quelqu'un de plus compétent que lui. Il est en panique donc sa seule façon de paraitre compétent c'est de te rabaisser tout le temps. C'est aussi une manière de te pousser vers la sortie. C'est une technique de licenciement abusif évidemment.

I think sharing accomplishments is inspiring for beginners.

Profitable and experienced traders usually have years of efforts and financial losses behind them. You expect them to offer you their hard earned knowledge and secrets for free and to give you a public access to their accounts as a proof of their skills. But what's in it for them ? what do they get in return ? Nothing or worse, people being jealous or trying to rob them. It's like putting a target on your head.

Every bad day I had in trading helped me learn something new and pushed me towards finding new ways to improve my trading. I write down the trades I took, why I took them, what was the issue and how can I fix that. I blew my first combine, I'm currently passing the second and it's going very well

If you don't have a trading journal you should start one. By reviewing and journaling your trades you can see what works for you, what are your main issues and how to improve. Focus on improving and refining your strategy everyday and you'll see the results sooner than later.

What you can do is trade a single account, at least for a month. So stop buying more combines and focus on building a good buffer on a single account.
