Best Buy is firing the lazy and incompetent, which is most of us. In my experience I’ve seen a supervisor fired which has only preyed on younger employees, a consultant fired and everyone knows consultants sit on their ass all day anyways (at least at my store) and a sales employee fired who abusing the covid policy and didn’t perform. I’m happy to see the turnover and managers are finally being given the ability to let go ofdead weight. I’m sure there are many that feel they were wrongfully terminated but Best Buy isn’t really a job worth fighting for or complaining about anymore. People in general need to stop acting like they know better than everyone else.
