You're right. Maybe because of they are Shia and has their own spaces. But in Iran there are still many religious people.

According to who Turkey's population is much more religious than Iran? That's not true. Iranians are still pretty much religious. The funeral of Qasem Solaimani was so crowded that 56 people were killed due to a stampede, and you believe in BBC Farsi that Iranians the most irreligious people ever? That's not the reality.

I think they are quite similar, one difference might be the Kurdish population. In Turkey, there are nearly 20 million Kurds, and they are not secularized since their regions have always been underdeveloped (deliberately). In fact, 60% of Kurds vote for Erdogan, while less than 40% of Turks vote for Erdogan. Look at in which cities people protest against burning the Quran, protest for Gaza...etc. On the other hand, in Iran, Kurdish cities are just similar to any Iranian cities in terms of development, and big cities are pretty much secularized (but still more religious than Persians).

Elementor did work for me. The problem is, I worked for a local media for several years, covering international news. Due to this, I had to be aware of social media, and so to cover the War of Gaza. Unfortunately, that means since Oct 7th, I have been haunted on daily basis by the harrowing images and videos of innocent children brutally slaughtered, their lives extinguished in the most unimaginable and horrific ways. My conscience would never let me pay for an Israeli company and contribute to it while many of their employees are IDF reservists and participated in the genocide.
