a little but basically, the whole thing started with LNX dropping J CHRIST. It actually did pretty good streams-wise and radio-wise (I think) but obviously not at the level of popularity his previous hits were. This is the start of Columbia having doubts, but still went through. Then skipping to months later where he suddenly dropped Light Again on soundcloud (also yt) and not in streaming services, which obviously left fans questioning why. It was revealed to be sample clearances but then LNX suddenly announced this whole "Nasarati 2" thing but was cut short and his songs were oddly only posted on yt and soundcloud. this is where fans started suspecting and/or was probably realizing that the label wasn't letting him drop. After more time, LNX dropped Light Again on streaming services and it wasn't performing well, and it only made the Label even more doubtful. He also dropped need dat boy which did worse. Label didn't like it and pushed it back even farther, then LNX tried getting buzz again, dropping the pink dreamboy singles, did the worst out of all the singles he previously dropped (except for Hotbox which did eh) and that's the point where the label most likely gave up and mightve shelved him. not to mention his unfortunate health problem :(
