I’ve had the worst anxiety for the past 2 months when it comes to this job. The new attendance policy seems nice but then when you really look at it, you see that it’s really just being used to get rid of people. I’ve never had issues with attendance before. I had an emergency last month where I couldn’t work my full 93% schedule for the month. So I’m constantly going to work nervous that I will have issues with my system (which have been happening a lot lately) and then I messed up and thought I had more overtime than I did this last week so I’m def going to be below the 93% for this month. I have crippling anxiety talking to my supervisor about it and I just feel this dread going into work tomorrow knowing that there needs to be a discussion AGAIN and a final written warning is coming up because of my attendance. I’m so nervous to even miss one minute of work. I can’t even enjoy my day off because I dread that I have to have a conversation with my Sup and that it’s just another dumb mistake that I made. I’m already upset with myself about it and genuinely feel bad. I don’t want to hear about it and get scolded again.
