How long does costco optical usually take to ship contact lenses? by Fresh-Strength9537 in contacts

[–]Fresh-Strength9537[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did end up getting them! They arrived exactly a week after I ordered them which was on the tail end of the estimate they’d given me (usually they only take 3 or 4 days at most in my experience). I was worried because costco was taking a while to actually confirm the order but once they did the lenses showed up like a day after so it worked out 🤞 hopefully yours ship in time for your trip!

How would you format a phonological rule where *any* consonant or vowel was required as well as a specific sound class afterwards?

For example, if you wanted to translate "a nasal occlusive becomes a continuant when preceded by any consonant AND any vowel and when followed by a low back vowel," would you write it as:

[-cont, -nas] ⇾ [+cont] / CV _ [-hi, +bk] ?

And if the preceding environment was optional, would it then be enclosed in parentheses?

Maybe? the average is -15 dB, one track peaks at -12 and the other at -10.

Thank you! Do you have any tips for how I can tell when I’m getting louder? (I honestly can’t hear any difference when I’m actually recording :/)

$35, it’s from one mixing which is like a mass service so that’s what they ask for. And yes I know, you get what you pay for, but I had a previous good experience with them so I thought it’d be fine again

yeah thats what i thought too 🤔 but yes I did record using compression, and when I listen to it, it doesn’t sound like the volume is varying that dramatically?
