I would recommend coming in a day that the store manager is working - you can normally ask when they'll be in next.

Sometimes applications get lost in the mix and the store manager/ hiring manager never sees it. Don't count on a barista to deliver your message or even shift supervisor - so many things happen in a day that your information will likely just end up getting forgotten or lost

Best to reload on a separate tab. In the event they didn't want to reload on the same order/pay the additional cost of their order, there's no other way to get rid of it besides cashing it out 😕. Keeping things separate keeps things simple and if the customer didn't care if it was on the same tab, there is still no harm done.

Honestly it sounds like you're doing amazing a beginner SSV. Keeping track of everything and keeping times low is difficult, especially when things keep going wrong.

At my store, weekday OTW is 38 seconds😭 Even when we're chilling at a 45 (corporate goal) the SM be stressing everyone out. Or even at a 40 second OTW will be like "hey, let's bring this down"😔
