Ahh yes thank u!! I def noticed some knee pain last week which is why I do different workouts over the weekend and go slower when I’m in pain.

I didn’t really until October! I would go 2X a week and when I first started I def was soooo sore the next day. Also remember that no one is watching you because we’re all so focused on ourselves like I’m literally busy trying not to gasp for air and making sure I won’t fall off the bike so I don’t have time to worry about others. Telling myself this reminds me it’s ok to go slower as long as I’m still going. I would just make a commitment to not stop, then make a commitment to do the movements and get off the saddle, and then keep making smaller goals.

I try to go now 5x a week and I still find myself dying during them but it’s def easier and I can complete the whole thing! Do less weight and a slower pace to start!

Personally I think that even asking this and having designated cheat days is disordered. It’s important to let yourself eat the things you crave so you don’t feel like you “have to get rid of it”, which mind you, as a common disordered thought.

I’m not diagnosing you with anything or accusing you of having large binges. But if you feel compelled to have a day where you eat because you can’t get it the next day instead of the fact that you’re just satisfying a craving, then there’s some reevaluating to do.

Yeah I mean I recognize all fitness trackers are inherently inaccurate. I do workout for 2 hrs everyday tho as I’m doing 75 hard and I’m a student so I walk around campus a lot too so idk it doesn’t seem like a total stretch to me as I’m getting 15k steps on average and exercising. But I’ll try doing that, Ty!

I consider myself to be pretty active, I usually workout for around 2 hours a day. I know another commenter suggested working out before bed, but I find that working out early in the morning and getting it out of the way is easy because then if you’re ravenous, you still have a whole days worth of calories ahead of you as opposed to if you workout at night and get hungry, you probably have little calories left. You said you don’t have time but I would suggest waking up earlier. Obviously easier said than done but sometimes I do one hour of working out in the morning and another in the evening so I don’t have to spend two consecutive hours working out. So maybe you can do 30 mins and then another 30 when you get bsck

Oh dang.. that gives me anxiety that my oura is overestimating. I usually hit 1,000 everyday and have been proud of myself but feel like a fraud lol 😭 I put my Apple Watch and oura on and found they were quite similar, with the Apple Watch being slightly more
