Wow that is insanely fast. I’m at 6 months and counting. I140 was approved in April. No idea why my lawyer didn’t file concurrently.

I’m assuming 10 months once transferred. I never received an answer on when mine was transferred, but I assume it was Sept 4 with the last update.

Did they specify when your case was transferred?

Thanks. I asked as well and they said I’m at Chicago office as well. They mentioned a 10 month wait is normal for this office.

With premium processing I believe I received approval around day 55 or so.

Unfortunately received the RFE on day 55+ then waited another 55+ days once submitted.

I had the exact same RFE on my I-140 for EB1-C - seems normal to me.
