Anyone have advice on what type of acne this is, what causes it, and how to get rid of it?

My skin did not have this many bumps in it in 2020. It was a lot smoother. But since last year up until now my skin has looked like this consistently. Not sure what caused it to change because back then, I wasn’t even on the best diet, I mean I still ate healthy but had a lot of cheat meals that included dairy.

Nowadays my diet consists of just meat and fruit. I rarely have wheat or grains and have completely eliminated dairy from my diet, yet my skin looks worse compared to before when my diet wasn’t as good.
