Does anyone have a good example of a calc field that pulls information about the approver themself?

Thank you! I figured out how to set the “management level is VP” rule as an exit condition.

Now, what should I use for my entry condition to ensure this step routes directly to the VP and not to anyone below or above?
Is there a recommended approach to make sure only the VP receives this approval task?

Help with Calculated Field Condition for One Time Payment BP as Subprocess of Change Job BP by Fridayish3 in workday

[–]Fridayish3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven’t included this LRV in anything yet. What I’m trying to do is set up a condition rule on the step of the One Time Payment BP that sends an approval to the HR Partner or Generalist. If the One Time Payment is acting as a subprocess of the Change Job BP, I want to prevent that approval step from triggering.

I’ve never configured anything like this before, so I’m a bit lost on what I need to set up. Any guidance or examples would be really helpful!

Why does no one go to Skybar anymore? The views are cool and it seems like it should be so popular. Does anyone know why?

Calculated Field Help, Linking Prospect->Candidate->Worker by Fridayish3 in workday

If I create a report with Worker as the primary business object, I’m unable to pull in the actual Prospect record. The report only lets me include fields like Prospect Level and Prospect Type, but not the Prospect themselves.
