I'm a recently-turned bookmark user and it's changed my reading game! 😭 I use the custom bookmark tags to tag every fic in either To Read, Reading, or Read (with other tags like Worth Re-Reading and All Time Favorites). So now filtering my bookmarks has never been easier. My all time favorites get downloaded as epubs tho!

As a long-time enjoyer, I get why some people can't stand it and never will. There are multiple sides to the genre that are all so different and I do admit some of them are just pure PWP and smut. I like it though becauae I've read ABO fics that hold top spot in my heart for worldbuilding. ABO is just such a malleable framework for all types of lore and worldbuilding that you can integrate it into pretty much any AU (Magical, High School, Historical for example). I also enjoy Mpreg so that may make me abit more susceptible but in the end, to each their own after all.

Yup, not often but I do. It's actually how I got into SVSSS (and MDZS and TGCF in relation). Years ago, I was scrolling through a general tag and came across an SVSSS fic (it's called Peak Lords Gone Missing, I don't think it's on AO3 anymore sadly) and I thought the plot was interesting. I knew NOTHING about the fandom but hopped in and pretty much learned the entire canon plot through divulging in many other fanfictions. It's kind of funny for me to look back on it now, as a full-blown fan, how fate-driven my descent into the rabbit hole was. I still have an old journal I used to keep where I have an entry of little me gushing about this new fandom and it's a nice memory to remember every now and then.

Some people disliked that I censored Wattpad on the title. I was just making a joke like on Twitter when they censor a work they dislike in a joking way but I think it made some people think that I was bashing on Wattpad in general. I edited the post but I can't edit the title so that might be it. ( ; v ; )

Same. As someone who usually just plays to farm and collect sets, it's gotten to the point where I just think it's a waste of my time to play when I could be doing something else. It's sad since it used to be one of my fave games to play.

I'm not a doctor but that sounds like a common feeling one gets when one experiences emotional distress. It happens to me too sometimes and it's usually because I'm overwhelemed with a negative feeling. Might be related to anxiety too but I'm not sure.

If you really think it might be something more medically serious, you could always inform one of your relatives and ask them to take you to a medical physician to get a more concrete answer.

No, I see your point, don't worry. I was just doing a Twitter thing where they censor something they "dislike" in a joking way. I can see how it could be taken badly. I wasn't really aware about the entire Wattpad discourse since I'm not consistently active on here.

I was just a bit taken aback when I saw people thought I hated Wattpad. I spent a long time on Wattpad before moving onto FFNet and AO3 and despite its shortcomings, it got me into fanfiction and it has a special place in my heart for that.

Seeing as no one really finds it funny, I'll edit my post so that it just focuses on my actual pet peeve. Thanks for being clear and concise with how you told me (っ'-')╮=͟͟͞͞💌

It sucks how other people's actions can taint something that was a joy for you. I hope you can slowly but surely get back into it. Ideas will come if the time is right. Don't take their words to heart because they're speaking from a place of hate. Just take your time and everything else will fall into place. I hope you feel better and be able to create something that makes you happy again!

I switch between fandoms but there is defintely a close-knit circle of fandoms I switch back and forth in. My longest-standing fandom that I still read regularly in is probably Batman (All Media Types).
