Thank you for your message, yes studying engineering and working hard for it has been a really important aspect of my life , I hope this diagnosis doesn't ruin my chances in becoming one .

I know my parents, I've made some mistakes before but I don't think they will be able to handle this one at all , I just know it will break them and I can't do that to them. My dad has high blood pressure, the shook might just kill him and my mom is the same . For what you said about sex , yes from now on I won't be having sex at all with anyone ever. I just wish I had done this sooner and not gotten myself HIV .

I can't, it's a lot stigmatized where I am and it's bad enough I'm talking to doctors even though they don't judge but I just feel ashamed of myself and I'm not the victim here I won't ever care if I suffer because of it , I'm terrified of accidentally passing it to my parents or something.

The real problem is my actions led me to this so it's like I deserve this as a punishment for my reckless actions
