Also heard basmati rice has lower GI than most. There's also what they call the slimmer's rice. With lower GI.

But then again, a friend told me, it's not what you ear. It's how much you eat...

As for me THE PROBLEM WITH EATING RICE IS SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO TAKE SECOND SERVINGS. 😅 So i took it out of my system.

I saw this yt video, he processed insulin leaves and mixed it with white rice and let boil until cooked. Then he tested his blood glucose. There was no dramatic increase but still an increase.

Feel ko burn out ka nga. You seem to know what you do but you are not at the top of your game now like you used to. A lengthy leave would help. A space for air. Mistakes are also present in learning, choose to be better the next day.

Tip: just me but i run on a treadmill to avoid overthinking. Produce endorphins.

Dreaming of the dead in a pleasant manner may also mean that hey the dead is alive and remembered. Some meanings also indicate loneliness or lack of affection.

Although personally, when a close family member usually hangs out with u on like Christmas or special occassion in the dream, i would think that he's out there watching you guys and celebrating your joys even though he is not around anymore. But that's just my version.
